Starting point

A tutoring centre website with the homework club on the schedule

Parents choose on two things: when their child can come, and what it costs. The website builder brings a tutor the weekly timetable already drawn — a four-afternoon drop-in club with a cap on each afternoon — and programmes priced from $25 to $895.

A parent is reading the timetable, not the philosophy

Homework club runs Monday to Thursday at 3:30 for ninety minutes, twelve places each afternoon; the Saturday SAT practice test runs three hours with sixteen. That is a real weekly grid, and tutoring is one of only three starting points in the catalogue that ships a class schedule at all. The programme list is deliberately blunt about money: $75 an hour one-to-one, $25 to drop in, $895 for the test intensive.

What the sample site comes with

Five weekly sessions with capacity, three priced programmes from $25 to $895, three tutors with weekly availability, a three-question FAQ, three sample reviews, one discount code, and four pages.

Anything on that list that takes something from a visitor or reads from a live schedule — a form, a booking, a coupon code, a subscribe box, a class timetable, a listing fed by a collection — goes online with Storefront Pro. Storefront publishes the rest of the page exactly as you built it; where this template gives one of those a page of its own, that page is the one that waits for the upgrade.

What is in scope, and what stays in your own systems

No student accounts, no progress reports, no grade tracking and no parent portal. The enrolment form is set not to ask for a deposit, so no figure appears next to a programme. Enrolment is a conversation the site starts, and the timetable is published information rather than a seat someone holds.

Every count and price on this page was read out of the template itself rather than written by hand, which is why the numbers match the site you actually get.

Questions people actually ask

The drop-in schedule shows homework club and a practice test — where do those times come from?

From five weekly sessions in the class list: homework club Monday through Thursday at 15:30 for 90 minutes with 12 seats, and an SAT practice test on Saturday at 09:00 for three hours with 16 seats. The block shows each class's next occurrence in the coming seven days, counts reservations against capacity, and drops a class from today once its start time has passed — so a parent looking at 16:00 on a Tuesday sees Wednesday's club, not one that began half an hour ago. A live timetable goes live on Storefront Pro.

Enrolment says a tutor is matched — can a parent ask for Ms. Rivera specifically?

Yes. On the Enroll page a parent picks a program, then either names a tutor — Ms. Rivera for math, Mr. Chen for science and test prep, Ms. Okoye for reading and writing — or leaves it to whoever is free. Times follow each tutor's own shifts, which here are weekday afternoons, with Saturday mornings for two of the three. Bookings need two hours' notice, so at 14:30 on a Tuesday the first slot offered is 16:30 rather than the 15:00 opening. The booking calendar goes live on Storefront Pro.
