The Naratake website builder has two plans: Storefront, $49.00/month or $468.00/year, publishes one website with one custom domain, hosting and HTTPS; Storefront Pro, $79.00/month or $758.00/year, adds online ordering, bookings and reservations, customer records and a full source-code export.
Building a site and previewing it costs nothing and takes no card — you pay on the day you publish, not before. A plan is what puts the site online, and your first payment on any plan is refundable in full within 7 days.

7-day refund: cancel within 7 days of your first payment on a plan and we refund that payment in full — email support@naratake.com. After that, cancel any time from your billing page; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Founding priceThese are founding prices: the price you sign up at is the price you renew at, for as long as you stay — no first-year rate and no step-up in year two. A workspace has one owner and one login. Your first payment on any plan is refundable in full within 7 days.

Before you subscribe
Three answers people ask for before they pay.
None of these should be a surprise after your first payment: what each plan puts online, where your customers’ money lands, and who can sign in to the workspace.
Storefront publishes the marketing site. Storefront Pro publishes the one that collects.
Everything that brings a customer to your door goes live on Storefront: your menu or price list, photos, hours, map, social links, the reviews you paste in, and your pages and posts. What a Storefront publish leaves out is the part of a page where a visitor hands you something — the contact form, quote requests, the newsletter signup, coupon codes, appointment booking and the team cards that book a specific person, class timetables, reservations, online ordering, the page where a customer tracks an order or a repair, and listings fed by a collection. You build and preview all of it on either plan; publishing it live is what Storefront Pro adds, and it is what the difference between the two plans buys. The rest of every page publishes exactly as you built it, and your address, hours, map, social links and phone number stay where you put them. Where a template gives ordering, booking or quotes a page of their own, that page is the one Storefront leaves empty, and filling it is what Storefront Pro is for.
One login per workspace
Each workspace has one owner account. Current plans do not include team invitations or additional editor seats. Use your own account to build and publish; do not share your login or session with colleagues.
Card payments land in your own Stripe account
Your customers pay you, not us. Paste your own Stripe secret and publishable keys into workspace settings and the next publish carries them, so every order settles into your own Stripe balance and Naratake takes 0% of it — Stripe’s own card fee still applies, the way it would anywhere. Both keys must be live keys from the same Stripe account, and pasting them once is the whole of the setup: every publish after that carries them, and a site with no keys publishes without a checkout rather than with a broken one.
What happens to a live site after the money stops.
You can cancel yourself, from the billing page in your workspace. Here is what happens afterwards, written as floors rather than dates: each line is the earliest our own code will allow anything to be taken down, so the guarantee holds whenever the sweep runs.
Your site keeps serving for at least 7 days
Publishing and the source download stop when the subscription does — those are what the plan buys. The site already live keeps answering for at least a week after that, so a card you fix on Tuesday does not cost you the weekend.
Day seven: the site comes down and your data is written out for you
At the end of that week the deployment is removed and the address stops answering. Before it comes down, every table your site filled — customers, orders, payments, reservations, appointments — is written out as CSV with a manifest naming every column and row count. Your database is not touched on that day; only the site is.
Your data is kept for at least 30 days
The database behind your site is kept for a month after your subscription ends — three weeks longer than the site itself — and the copy stays available to you for the whole month. After that the database is removed, and that removal is permanent. On Storefront Pro you can also export the whole site as source code before you go, and that copy is yours with no expiry.
Email support@naratake.com any time inside that month and we send the copy back. It is already written — the CSVs and the manifest are produced when the site comes down, not generated on request — so it is a reply, not a rebuild.
Who is behind this
Naratake is built by Ting Yi Cai in Texas — the product, the code and the reply to your email come from the same person. Nothing routes through a support script and nothing gets escalated to a queue: the person who answers is the person who can change the thing you are writing about.
The restaurant you can play with in the editor, Golden Dragon of Richardson, does not exist. The wish to never again hand a delivery app a slice of every order very much does — Naratake is what happened next.

The plans above are the workspace: you build in the browser and publish to hosting we run. LocalSite Studio is a different product — a desktop app for Mac and Windows where every project exports as a complete codebase: real source files you or your client can host anywhere that runs Node. It is licensed separately from the plans above. Pick the one that matches how you work: the workspace if you run one business, the desktop app if you build sites for other people.
