Online booking

A booking website of your own — not a listing in someone’s marketplace

Booking marketplaces put your calendar on a page next to your competitors’. A booking website keeps the customer where they found you: on your own site, booking your empty slots.

What happens when someone books

  1. The customer books on your siteDate, time and party size — or the service, for a salon chair — picked on the website itself. No app to install, no account for the customer to create.
  2. It lands in your back office already confirmedThe slot is held the second it is taken: the guest walks away with a confirmation code, you open the back office and it is there. From that screen you move it through the rest of its life — completed, no-show, canceled, plus seated on a restaurant’s table bookings.
  3. Ordering rides alongFor a restaurant the same machinery takes food orders too — one site, one back office, one login for the owner.

How the commission-free ordering side works

The fine print, before you ask

Trades that start with booking built in

Salons, barbershops, spas and clinics start from working multi-page sites — pick the one for your trade and turn the bookings on. Restaurants take table reservations the same way.

Asked before buying

Which plan do I need for live online booking?

Storefront Pro. On Storefront you can build and preview the full booking flow, but it does not run on the published site.

Is there a fee per booking?

No. There is no per-booking charge and no cut of a booking — on Storefront Pro at $79 a month, the plan price is the entire cost.

Do my customers need an account or an app?

No. They book on your website, on any phone or computer, with nothing to install.

Does it handle both table reservations and appointments?

Yes — the machinery is the same. Restaurant starting points take table reservations with party size; salon, barbershop and spa starting points take appointments.

Building and previewing are free, with no card to sign up — a plan is what takes the site live.
