Contact

One inbox. A person answers.

Your email is read by the person who built the thing you are writing about. Write in English or Chinese.

Email: support@naratake.com
We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. If it is urgent — a live site is down, a charge looks wrong — put URGENT in the subject line.

Support and questions

Anything about building, publishing or the editor. Include your workspace address and, if it is about a site, the site’s address.

Billing and refunds

Plan changes and cancellation are self-serve from your workspace’s billing page. Refunds: within 7 days of your first payment on a plan, email us with the workspace name and we refund that payment in full. For a charge that looks wrong, same address — never send your card number.

Security reports

Found a vulnerability? Same inbox, subject “Security”. We acknowledge within one business day and will not take action against good-faith research.

Data access and export

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, email us with the workspace name and the kind of request. Do not email passwords or keys.

Who is behind this

Naratake is built by Ting Yi Cai in Texas — the product, the code and the reply to your email come from the same person. Nothing routes through a support script and nothing gets escalated to a queue: the person who answers is the person who can change the thing you are writing about.

The restaurant you can play with in the editor, Golden Dragon of Richardson, does not exist. The wish to never again hand a delivery app a slice of every order very much does — Naratake is what happened next.

Company: CT Studio, Texas, USA. Write in and the reply comes from the person who typed the pricing page. Be nice; be specific.
