Salon price list maker
Hair, nails, lashes, barber: enter each service with its time and price, pick a style, and the preview on this page is the sheet you print or the PDF you save. No template download, no design app, no account.
Categories and services
Type a number and the currency symbol is added; “from 48” becomes “from $48”. A blank price prints nothing, which is how a policy row works.

Print and Save as PDF are the same browser dialog — pick “Save as PDF” as the destination for a file. The PNG is 2,400 pixels wide, good for a phone screen or a social post; the PDF is the one to hand a print shop.
Rendered in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored, and the list is gone when the tab closes.
Before you hang it by the mirror
- Put the time next to the price. “Cut & finish · 45 min · from 48” answers the two questions every new client asks, and it stops the booking that assumed 20 minutes.
- “From” is honest when the range is real. Long hair, color correction, extra length — write “from” on the services that vary and a flat price on the ones that do not.
- A clear price is the best salesperson. Group by category — cuts, color, treatments, nails — and keep each description to the one line that says what is included.
- Nothing is sent anywhere. The list stays on this page until you close the tab; export the PDF or PNG first.
Sooner or later the price list belongs on a website, where a client who found you on Google reads it before calling. Salon, barber, nail and spa starting points open with a services-and-prices section already laid out — free to build and preview — and Storefront Pro adds appointment booking on the published site.

Should I show “from” prices?
Only where the price really depends on the client — hair length, thickness, the amount of color. Write “from 48” on those and a flat price everywhere else. A list where every line says “from” tells a new client nothing, and they will call to ask, or not come.
Should the price list include durations?
Yes. Put the time in the description line — “45 min” — so a client books the right slot and knows what they are paying for. It is also the number your booking system needs, so write it once here and reuse it there.
How do I mention deposits or cancellation fees?
Add a category at the bottom called “Booking policy” with one or two rows and no price: the deposit on long or peak appointments, and how far ahead a cancellation stays refundable. Keep it to words a client reads once and understands.
How do I update the prices later?
The list is not saved anywhere, so keep the PDF or PNG you export. To change a price, type the list again — a few minutes — or keep the master copy where you actually change prices: your website. A Naratake salon starting point has a services section with prices; edit it there and publish.
