Print and Save as PDF open the same browser dialog; choose “Save as PDF” as the destination to get a file. The PNG is 2,400 pixels wide — right for a screen, a social post or a small print. Send the PDF to a print shop.
Everything is rendered in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored — the list disappears when you close the tab.
Before you send it to the printer
- The preview is the print. What you see on this page is what Print and Save as PDF produce — one column that fits A4 or Letter, and a long list breaks onto the next page between dishes, never through one.
- Prices are text, not math. Type “12”, “12.50”, “from 9” or “market price” — the currency symbol goes in front of the first number, and words print as typed.
- Three styles, one list. Classic cream serif for a bistro, bold dark for a bar or a window poster, chalkboard for a café — switch any time and the dishes stay where they are.
- Nothing leaves your browser. The list lives on this page until you close the tab, so save the PDF somewhere safe before you do.
The same dishes and prices, typed once into a restaurant starting point, become a menu customers can order from. Building and previewing are free; live ordering runs through your own Stripe account, and Naratake takes 0% commission.

Can I save the menu as a PDF?
Yes. Save as PDF opens the same print dialog as Print. Chrome, Edge and Firefox list a PDF option under Destination; Safari keeps a PDF menu in the bottom-left corner of its dialog. Nothing is generated on a server.
Is this a Google Docs menu template?
No, and that is the point. A Docs or Word template needs an account, a copy, and half an hour of nudging table borders. This page prints straight from the browser with no account and no app, and the layout holds when a dish name runs long.
Can I put this menu on my website?
Print it or keep the PDF for the counter; on the website, type the menu in as text. A menu that is a picture or a PDF cannot be searched, zooms badly on a phone, and screen readers skip it. Every Naratake restaurant starting point has a priced menu block, and the online-ordering page shows what happens when that menu takes orders.
Is there a QR code version?
Point the QR code at the menu on your website, not at a PDF — one edit then updates every table. The menu QR code generator builds the code and prints a table tent around it.
